Our treatment approach involves psychological interventions including cognitive-behavioral, supportive, and insight-oriented therapies, combined with conventional psychiatric medications and alternative treatments (nutritional counseling, vitamin and mineral supplementation, exercise, sleep).

As a mental health practice, we are continuing to take in-office visits. Additionally, we offer safe alternatives in the form of telehealth appointments. Video technology allows you to meet with your provider from the comfort of your own home, using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

​

Our office is equipped with offering safe and secure face-to-face sessions using a HIPPA-compliant video platform. For patients who do not have access to video technology from their home, our providers are also using telephone visits for certain situations where full video isn’t required.
